Who Is Digital Generation (DG)?

Payments

We have various convenient payment options available that you can choose from:

Cash Deposit

If you select the cash deposit option on checkout, we will email you a copy of your order and our banking details. Once you have deposited the amount equal to your order, and it reflects on our bank account, we will immediately package and ship your order. 

Credit Card

You will also be able to insert your credit card details and pay for your order on checkout. Please note that we do not store your credict card details. Your credit card is processed by an authorsed 3rd paty, which in this case would be Virtual Card Services.

Finance

Mobicred is an online account that gives buyers access to credit, which they can use to purchase from DG. The facility works in a similar fashion to retail store credit only online. Mobicred charges interest rates comparable to those of credit card providers and only levies monthly fees while the account is used (unlike most credit cards).

Delivery

We deliver nationwide!

 

  1. Nationwide - R100.
  2. Collection at DG Express - Standard Bank Employee Retail Store (5 Simmonds Street)
  3. Collection at Genius Hub - Old Mutual Employee Retail Store (Pinelands)
  4. Collectiona at Digital Generation Midrand Performance Centre

 

DG Express and Genius Hub collection points are available only to employees of the respective companies and who have access cards.

* Please note Delivery Nationwide is to main city hubs and not to rural or outlying areas

* Delivery and collection can take between 3 and 5 working days

Returns

You can return any product to any of our Collection Point provided:

•It is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached.     

•It is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).     

•It is not missing any accessories or parts.     

•You log a return through the call centre within 7 days of delivery to you. After 7 days, you can only return a product if it is defective.     

•Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery.     

If you return a product that does not comply with this Policy, you may be liable to reimburse Digital Generation for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.

Cancellations

You are entitled to cancel your order prior as long as the product has not been dispatched from the Performance Centre. Should you wish to return the product thereafter, you can do so in accordance with our Returns Policy.
